Are there programs that help with down payments?

Yes. There are several programs that can assist with down payments and closing costs, including options through Advancing Black Homeownership (ABH), Minnesota Housing, and local city initiatives. Eligibility varies, but these programs can significantly reduce upfront costs.

What is Re-Seed and similar programs?

Programs like Re-Seed are focused on community investment and housing stability. They may provide additional support depending on your situation and location, helping create more accessible pathways to ownership.

How do I know if I qualify for assistance?
